**2. Nonrefundable Policy:**

All sales for virtual event tickets are final and nonrefundable. No refunds or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to technical issues, personal scheduling conflicts, or any other reason.

**3. Event Details and Modifications:**

Event details, including date, time, and content, are subject to change without notice. The organizers reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the event at their discretion. In the event of cancellation, a refund will not be issued.

**4. Technical Requirements:**

It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure that their system meets the technical requirements for accessing the virtual event. The organizers are not responsible for any technical issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity problems, hardware issues, or software incompatibility.

**5. Chargeback Policy:**

Initiating a chargeback is a violation of these terms and conditions. If a chargeback is initiated, the ticket holder agrees to forfeit their access to the virtual event, and the organizers reserve the right to take legal action to recover the full ticket price and any associated fees.

**6. Access Credentials:**

Upon completing the purchase, the ticket holder will receive access credentials for the virtual event. These credentials are confidential and should not be shared with others. Any unauthorized sharing or distribution of access credentials may result in the revocation of access without a refund.

**7. Intellectual Property:**

All content presented during the virtual event, including but not limited to presentations, videos, and materials, is the intellectual property of the organizers. Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or distribution of event content is strictly prohibited.

**8. Code of Conduct:**

Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner during the virtual event. The organizers reserve the right to remove individuals from the event if their behavior is deemed disruptive or inappropriate, without issuing a refund.

**9. Limitation of Liability:**

The organizers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the virtual event, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

**10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:**

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within the State of Georgia.
